Locally caught fish and natural meats drive the menu at Beachcraft, with a fully stocked raw bar, pasta and salads all made in the eatery’s open kitchen fleshing out the selection. The two-level restaurant is already garnering rave reviews from all who have dined there.
1 Hotel South Beach is also a decidedly green hotel, although it does so with a swagger and style that doesn’t sacrifice luxury or comfort. The hotel’s linens are all 100 per cent organic furnishings are made from salvaged driftwood, the lobby features a farmstand and visitors’ travel needs are met with a fleet of Tesla electric vehicles.
